Starfsmenn okkar verða að vera tilbúnir til að takast á við krefjandi en spennandi verkefni. Hjá Arctic Adventures höfum við framúrskarandi hóp starfsmanna sem hefur ástríðu fyrir störfum sínum, skýr markmið og bera virðingu fyrir viðskiptavinum okkar.

Vinna við viðgerðir á bifreiðum fyrirtækisins
- Greina bilanir
- Gera við bifreiðar
- Þjónusta bifreiðar
- Leggja sitt af mörkum til að tryggja snyrtilegt umhverfi á vinnustöð/verkstæði

Unnið er á vöktum: 2-2-3 (12 klst á virkum dögum, 8 klst um helgar).

Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. We're on the lookout for someone who is enthusiastic, organized and friendly individual who can listen and solve customer issues and offer exceptional support to our customers from all over the world. We’re looking for someone who can work on flexible shifts and rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job and report accordingly to managers.


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and messages through other channels regarding booking issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns in a prompt manner
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in the company’s policies and product line
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Learn about our organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes
