Where you find the desk at Keflavik airport
Once you have collected your luggage and gone through customs you will find the Sales Desk just across the floor in the arrivals hall. There is a sign right above the desk where you can read "Flybus" that's the right place.
How to check in?
Head directly to the Sales Desk and introduce yourself for the check-in. Please present a printed copy of your Travel Voucher (Ticket). If you cannot print your voucher, then just show your digital copy or e-mail confirmation.
Location of coaches
Our busses are located right outside the terminal building and are easy to spot. When you exit through the terminal building's door a member of our staff will be standing next to the bus to assist you with your luggage and boarding.
Departures from Keflavik Airport
Departures from Keflavik Airport are in connection with all arriving passengers flights. The buses leave from Keflavik airport about 30 to 40 minutes after each flight's arrival. In instances where your inbound flight may be delayed, your reservation will not be affected and you can catch the next departure.
If you are arriving late at night or your flight is delayed, don't worry, there will be a Flybus waiting for you.
