FlyOver Iceland is open from Monday to Friday 12 PM-6 PM and from Saturday to Sunday 11 AM-6 PM.

The shows operate every 15-20 minutes during operating hours. The whole experience will take about 35 minutes, including the 8.5 minutes of the Ultimate Flying Ride.

FlyOver Iceland is a new virtual experience that takes you on an aerial journey across Iceland's natural wonders. Using state-of-the-art technology, you will be dangled above a 20-meter spherical screen. You will get a bird's eye view over the glaciers, volcanoes, and impressive Icelandic fjords. Special effects are used to simulate flight. It is a perfect chance to see Iceland from a whole new perspective!

FlyOver Iceland offers two fascinating shows depicting human and natural life and how it changes over time.

The Longhouse

The journey through Icelandic history begins at a historic Viking longhouse. An Icelandic narrator tells a fascinating story, while an impressively interactive show brings the story back to life.

The Well of Time

The Well of Time is an immersive journey that takes you through Iceland's entire history. Your guide and a narrator will be a troll Sú Vitra, beautifully designed by illustrator Brian Pilkington. She'll make sure that even the youngest family members will engage in the story. Sú Vitra is a character from the sagas older than recorded history. She symbolizes the wisdom and enchantment of Iceland.

Sú Vitra will take you on a journey through the most exciting parts of Icelandic history. From the times when the land was uninhabited to when the first settlers came to the island. Learn about how the Vikings settled and survived under extreme conditions of Iceland.
