This tour is put together of 4 different day tours from Reykjavík, the order of the tours can vary between departures. We will send you the final itinerary once your tour is booked. Here below you can read about each activity.

Hot spring hunt
We will visit our famous Hot Spring Hunt trail to Reykjadalur Valley in Hveragerði. This easy hike starts only 40 minutes out of Reykjavík and offers a rare secluded look at every type of hot spring Iceland has to offer. At the end of the valley lies a big naturally hot river for you to enjoy. You will have time to explore Reykjavík or check out some other excursions (booked separately).

Hike from Þórsmörk to Móði & Magni Volcanoes
This hike includes a super jeep tour into the stunning glacier valley of the Thundergod Thor (Þórsmörk), driving through the area where Eyjafjallajökull Glacier erupted in 2010 and then hiking up to the new volcanoes of Móði & Magni. This challenging hike is without a doubt one of Iceland greatest adventures, providing unsurpassed views of Þórsmörk Valley and its three surrounding glaciers and thundering glacier rivers.

Golden Circle
Visit the most famous sights in Iceland; Þingvellir National park, Geysir hot spring area and Gullfoss waterfall. The famous Þingvellir National park is a place where Icelandic history and great geological wonders come together in making the place one of the most interesting to see in Iceland. Þingvellir has been on a UNESCO world heritage site since 2004.
Geysir hot spring area is a place where you have an opportunity to walk among the bubbling hot springs, but make sure to stay within the restricted area for your own safety. Make sure not to miss the spouting Strokkur before you leave.
Gullfoss, the golden waterfall is the last site on the Golden Circle. This great waterfall attracts thousands of visitors every year and for a good reason – according to the World of Waterfalls, it is one of the top ten best waterfalls in the world.

Secret Lagoon
Iceland has bubbling hot lava flowing underneath its surface, which makes for a lot of natural hot water. Geothermal energy is our main power source and we have hot pools everywhere. They say that a town only needs a population of 150 people to have a swimming pool. The Secret Lagoon or Gamla laugin like we call it in Icelandic is the oldest swimming pool in Iceland. It’s located in the geothermal paradise of Flúðir where fruits and vegetables are grown in green houses all year around. The area is packed with smoke and hot springs adding a certain unique charm to the place. There is no better way to experience Iceland than to bath in its springs. Jump in!

Landmannalaugar Nature reserve
Your final hiking day will take you to the incredibly beautiful Landmannalaugar Nature Reserve with its picturesque rhyolite mountains and color contrast like you have most likely never seen before. Landmannalaugar is in the highlands and only accessible in 4×4 vehicles.

What to bring: Warm and waterproof outdoor clothing, headwear, gloves, warm undergarment clothing (fleece/wool sweater and pants), bathing suit, a towel and a change of clothing. Good hiking shoes are recommended.

What if I don’t own all of these clothing necessaries?
Don’t worry, you can always rent sturdy hiking shoes, waterproof jacket and pants in the booking process. We do not rent gear from location.

If you don’t want to do the whole package all of the activities can also be done separately:
Hot spring Hunt
Landmannalaugar Hiking tour
Þórsmörk Volcano hike
Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon
