Glacier adventures - Photos from Sólheimajökull glacier
Iceland is every photographer’s dream.
Everywhere you look there are numerous opportunities to take amazing photos. Add to that, people with serious skills and you have magic.
Four of those super talented people joined our very own super talented Norris Niman for the Blue Ice tour on Sólheimajökull glacier the other day. Even though it was a wet, wet day what they created is absolutely outstanding. Now, enough with me writing, I’ll let the pictures do the talking.

Snorkeling at Silfra fissure is an activity like no other. It's the only place in the world where you can snorkel or dive in between tectonic plates. Instagram is filled with great captures from this place, we gathered a few.
When the driver dropped us near the glacier, our glacier guide provided us with all the equipment we needed. We were given glacier crampons to put on our hiking shoes so we wouldn't fall or slide about. We, also, were given ice axes for additional support.
